My blog is a record of all my paintings that began on July 11, 2010. I decided to paint 30 paintings in 30 days to further develop my painting skills. I successfully completed the journey on August 9, 2010. I am an art educator and thus, chose to post "the good, the bad and the ugly" to provide insight into the learning process.

Since 2009, Beacon Original Art has provided a professional space in Calgary for emerging, mid-career and professional artists to sell their artworks. Painters, sculptors, photographers, ceramic, glass, jewelry and fabric artists are encouraged to apply.
